Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my handmade crochet creations! To ensure clarity and protect both the buyer and seller, please review the following return and refund policies carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only eligible for orders with a subtotal of $35 or above (excluding shipping fees).
    • To qualify for a return, products must:
      • Be in their original packaging.
      • Be in the same condition as received, unused, and undamaged.

  2. Return Process:

    • Customers must provide a clear photograph of the product upon receipt to verify its original condition.
    • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for:
      • All return shipping fees, which must be paid via their chosen courier.
      • Ensuring the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the subtotal of the order, excluding shipping fees.
    • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the return criteria.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
    • Any item showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for a return or refund.

  5. Fraud and Scam Prevention:

    • Return requests without clear proof of the product's condition (e.g., photographs upon receipt) will not be processed.
    • If a product is reported damaged or defective, customers may be required to provide additional evidence (e.g., photographs of packaging, product, and damage).
    • Any fraudulent return claims will result in the denial of future purchases and, if necessary, further action.

  6. Important Notes:

    • Customers are encouraged to double-check their order details before finalizing their purchase to avoid unnecessary returns.
    • In the event of a shipping error on my part, I will cover the return fees and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.
