SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES As a small business run by a full-time teacher, order processing times may vary. We aim to ship orders within 5-10 business days, but delays may occur during high-demand periods. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and weight.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please contact your carrier for any issues regarding delivery.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT & SECURITY We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store any payment details.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOM ORDERS At this time, we do not accept custom or made-to-order items. However, feel free to reach out for inquiries regarding future availability.
